Shot for Process Films and the Munch Museum, these stills needed to serve two purposes at once: they had to blend seamlessly into the video edit and stand on their own as promotional images. That meant everything had to feel candid, spontaneous, like a real day out, not a shoot.

We leaned into that energy by shooting entirely on film, mostly with on-camera flash for a fast, lived-in feel. A few medium format shots gave us a chance to slow down and frame things up more deliberately. But the goal throughout was to be present, not precious, and to make something that felt like a memory.
